    DNScale + Postscale

    Your domain.
    Now put email on it.

Your domain is already here. Connect it to Postscale for application email or a forwarding address, and approve the required DNS records from your DNScale account.

Requires an active primary zone and permission to edit it. Postscale has separate accounts and plans.

    Review DNS changes

    • Domain verification and DKIM
    • Compatible SPF merge
    • Existing DMARC preserved
    • Incoming mail stays in place

You review the records before anything changes. No customer API key to copy.

    Application email

Send sign-in links, receipts and notifications through Postscale's API or SMTP. Authentication records are prepared for your domain, and your current incoming-mail provider stays in place.

Application setup does not change MX. Existing sending approval, plan entitlements and volume limits apply.

    Personal forwarding

Use an address such as hello@your-domain.example and forward incoming mail to the verified inbox on your Postscale account. Configure SMTP in a compatible mail client for sending.

Requires Postscale Starter or higher. An existing inbox is required; hosted mailboxes, IMAP and webmail are not included. Sending remains subject to approval and limits.

      Choose your email

    3. 03

      Approve the DNS records

Return to DNScale to review the exact changes. Confirm separately if personal receiving replaces existing MX.

    4. 04

      Verify and test

Postscale rechecks DNS. Test real sending and, for a personal address, forwarding and replies from your mail client.

    Moving incoming mail needs preparation.

Personal receiving may replace the domain's existing MX records. Prepare every address you need before approving that change. It affects incoming mail for the whole domain and does not transfer existing mailbox contents. Choose application sending if you want to keep your current receiving provider.

    A clear handoff.
    Your approval.

    What can the integration change?
Only the supported Postscale email records shown in the preview. DNScale checks your zone permissions, preserves unrelated records and existing DMARC, and merges compatible SPF records. Conflicting settings need review.
Is email included with my DNS plan?
Postscale provides the email service under its own account, pricing and usage limits. Your DNScale DNS subscription remains separate. Personal forwarding requires a paid Postscale plan.
    When will email work?
DNS may take time to propagate. Check Postscale's verification and sending status, configure your app or mail client and test delivery. DNS approval alone does not confirm receipt.
    What if setup is interrupted?
Resume from Postscale and reconnect if the approval link expired. Supported retries use the saved DNS plan. If records have changed since the preview, review the conflict before continuing.
